Our company launched our 2nd Chance Program a couple of years ago and we've had some really good success stories come out of that initiative. Some of our Human Resources Managers were familiar with the program and some were not. Having met Shane at a conference, we asked him to speak to our H.R. experience about his journey and needless to say, it was incredibly impactful. Shane's story is one that provides a perspective that many don't see or hear about.
